What does "one-time" mean?
The Individual plan is a single payment, not a subscription. It covers your claim for up to 5,000 entries, including free rejection fixes for 90 days.
When should I choose Enterprise?
If you are a customs broker, file for multiple importers of record, or have more than ~5,000 entries, Enterprise gives you the volume and multi-IOR support you need. Talk to us and we set it up the same day.
How do refunds and payments work?
