Estimates are informational

Refund estimates — including interest figures — are directional and based on the data you provide and current rule assumptions. Actual refund eligibility and amounts are determined solely by CBP. DutyBolt does not guarantee any refund, amount, or processing time.

You file your own claim

DutyBolt prepares files; you submit them through your own ACE portal account. DutyBolt does not file with CBP for you and does not access your government accounts.

Accuracy of your data

The quality of any output depends on the accuracy and completeness of the records you upload. You are responsible for reviewing all generated files before filing.

No money handling

DutyBolt never requests or stores bank or ACH details and never receives your refund. CBP pays importers directly.
